Total Equipment Protection combines all of the coverage of the Equipment Replacement Program and the Equipment Service and Repair Program in one complete package.

For only $7 per month, you'll have the most comprehensive coverage option. Think of it as peace of mind for you.

Equipment Replacement Program:

  • Insurance coverage for lost, stolen or physically damaged devices.
  • $50 non-refundable deductible applies per approved replacement

Equipment Service and Repair Program:

  • Provides coverage for mechanical or electrical failure, routine maintenance or failure from normal wear and tear.
  • No additional out-of-pocket charges to repair or replace your malfunctioning device
  • Over 1,800 Sprint Phone Repair Centers available to repair or replace your device. Visit www.sprint.com/storelocator for the nearest location.

You can enroll in Total Equipment Protection when you activate or upgrade your device. To enroll within 30 days of activation or upgrade, ask an Associate or call 1.800.584.3666. Devices are only eligible for Total Equipment Protection enrollment within 30 days of activation or upgrade.

Total Equipment Protection is your best value. However, you may sign up separately for Equipment Replacement Program or Equipment Service and Repair Program. See this chart for a summary of program options. To sign up for only Equipment Service and Repair Program or Equipment Replacement Program, ask an Associate or call 1.800.584.3666 within 30 days of activation or upgrade.
